Ingredients

  • 200 grams baking chocolate
  • 1 packages biscuits, i use marie biscuits
  • 1 packages marshmallows
  • 1 can caramel

Method

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
  • Spread caramel on half of the biscuits.
  • Followed by a marshmallow on each one.
  • Put the biscuits in the microwave for 40 seconds.
  • You can do 4 to 5 at a time.
  • Place another biscuit on top of each one as soon as they come out of the microwave and push flat.
  • Now dip them into the melted chocolate one at a time, make sure that they are completely covered.
  • Remove them and set aside to cool.
