Ingredients
- 200 grams baking chocolate
- 1 packages biscuits, i use marie biscuits
- 1 packages marshmallows
- 1 can caramel
Method
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
- Spread caramel on half of the biscuits.
- Followed by a marshmallow on each one.
- Put the biscuits in the microwave for 40 seconds.
- You can do 4 to 5 at a time.
- Place another biscuit on top of each one as soon as they come out of the microwave and push flat.
- Now dip them into the melted chocolate one at a time, make sure that they are completely covered.
- Remove them and set aside to cool.
