Ingredients
- 1 bottle red warm sauce
- 5 pound chicken wings
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Method
- Heat butter, brown sugar and 3 Tbsp.
- warm sauce in oven on 250 degrees.
- Fry chicken till done (10 to 15 min per batch).
- Add in wings to sauce in oven stir and add in more warm sauce.
- Repeat frying remaining wing, stir, add in more warm sauce.
- When all chicken in cooked add in remaining warm sauce.
- Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
