Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 10 1/2 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. celery, diced
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 2/3 c. mayo
- 2 tsp. onion, minced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- cornflakes, chips or bread crumbs for topping
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix ingredients.
- Spoon onto 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
- Top with crumbled chips, cornflakes or bread crumbs.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serves 6 to 8.
