Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 wedge Parmesan cheese, grated (1 c.)
Method
- Drain and squeeze artichokes; chop with fork.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place in baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
- Serve with crackers.
