Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
- 2 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 4 Tbsp. onion, grated
- 1 c. slivered almonds (can toast)
- 1 c. mayonnaise or a little less
- 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- salt to taste
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. buttered Ritz cracker crumbs or crushed potato chips
Method
- Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs or chips.
- Cook for 15 or 20 minutes.
- Put cracker crumbs on top and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350° or until bubbly.
- May be made ahead of time and cooked just before serving.
