Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 2 Tbsp dry white wine
- 1-8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1- 2 1/2 oz jar dried beef, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Method
- Saute onion in margarine until tender.
- Add wine; simmer a couple minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
- Spoon mixture into a 8 inch square baking dish and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350°.
- Serve hot with your favorite crackers.
