Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. your favorite barbecue sauce
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Method
- Remove tips from wings and discard.
- Cut wings in half.
- Dust in mixture of flour and chili powder.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Heat together the sauce and hot sauce, then add chicken wings and simmer for a few minutes.
