Ingredients
- 1 12 kg chicken thigh fillets, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup spring onion, sliced
- 2 cups honey
- 12 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- salt & pepper
Method
- Add all ingredients to the crock pot.
- Stir, cover, and cook for 4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
