Ingredients
- 1.25 lb chicken breast tenderloins
- 3 tbsp adobo sauce (from a can)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey agave or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey mustard
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Method
- combine ingredients in a ziplock bag and let chicken marinate in fridge for several hours.
- heat a large non stick skillet over medium heat and pour chicken and marinade into pan and cook until browned on both sides.
