Ingredients

  • 1.25 lb chicken breast tenderloins
  • 3 tbsp adobo sauce (from a can)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey mustard
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Method

  • combine ingredients in a ziplock bag and let chicken marinate in fridge for several hours.
  • heat a large non stick skillet over medium heat and pour chicken and marinade into pan and cook until browned on both sides.
