Ingredients
- 2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- Salt to taste
- 2-4 tbsp. honey (depending on degree of sweetness desired)
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender jar.
- Blend till creamy, adjusting the lowfat milk to produce the desired consistency.
- Serve with bite-size pcs of fresh fruit, such as pineapple, strawberries, grapes, prunes, apples, winter pears, and melon.
