Ingredients
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 1/2 lb. flank steak or London broil
Method
- Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, onion, vinegar, garlic and ginger; pour over meat in glass dish.
- Cover; marinate for 12 hours, turning meat occasionally.
- Baste with marinade while barbecuing over a hot fire.
- Slice in strips on the diagonal. Serve immediately.
