Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 lb. flank steak or London broil

Method

  • Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, onion, vinegar, garlic and ginger; pour over meat in glass dish.
  • Cover; marinate for 12 hours, turning meat occasionally.
  • Baste with marinade while barbecuing over a hot fire.
  • Slice in strips on the diagonal. Serve immediately.
