Ingredients

  • 1 lg. pkg. Jello french vanilla instant pudding
  • 8 ounce. Cold Whip
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • Lowfat milk, at least 1 gallon

Method

  • Mix sugar and 1 qt lowfat milk.
  • Stir till sugar dissolves.
  • Add in Cold Whip and stir.
  • Pour into ice cream freezer container.
  • Mix pudding and 1 qt lowfat milk.
  • Stir till pudding starts to gel.
  • Pour in freezer container.
  • Add in sufficient lowfat milk to fill freezer to fill line.
  • Freeze according to directions.
  • Variations: Add in fruit such as pineapple, peaches, and strawberries to freezer and then add in lowfat milk mix to fill container to fill line.
  • To make chocolate ice cream, use chocolate pudding and chocolate lowfat milk.
