Ingredients
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. salt
- 5 1/2 c. plain flour
Method
- In one bowl, mix lukewarm water and yeast (mix well).
- In another bowl, mix sugar, butter, egg and salt.
- Combine all ingredients except flour.
- Mix well.
- Gradually add plain flour. Store in a greased container; cover and refrigerate.
- As needed, roll out, let rise and bake.
