Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 4 c. quartered carrots
- 1 tsp. snipped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. dried whole tarragon
Method
- In heavy saucepan, combine butter, water and sugar.
- Add quartered carrots.
- Cover tightly.
- Cook over low heat
- for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Season to taste.
- Sprinkle with snipped parsley and dried, whole tarragon (crushed).
- Don't drain.
- Serves 6.
