Ingredients
- 3 c. vegetable oil
- 7 medium potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
Method
- Preheat deep fryer on medium with the vegetable oil, add onion salt to the oil.
- Cut potatoes into quarters.
- Deep fry for 1 1/2 minutes, check, stir occasionally.
- Remove when brown.
- Place on paper toweling to drain.
- Add salt as desired.
