Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans chili beans
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce or 1 c. tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. carrots, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
Method
- In skillet, cook meat until nearly done, stirring frequently to separate.
- Add remaining ingredients; cook slowly until vegetables are tender and flavors are well blended.
