Ingredients
- 685 ml (23 ½ fl oz/2 ¾ cups) lemon juice
- 310 g (11 oz/1 ¼ cups) sugar
- ice cubes, to serve
- mint leaves, to garnish
Method
1. Combine the lemon juice and sugar in a large bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into a large pitcher.
2. Add 1.25 litres (44 fl oz/5 cups) water to the pitcher and stir well to combine. Refrigerate.
3. To serve, pour over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
