Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 small carton cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
Method
- Bring pineapple and sugar to a good boil.
- Remove from heat and add jello, stirring until dissolved.
- Cool in refrigerator 45 minutes.
- Fold in cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate.
