Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until cool.
- Mold into balls and roll in chopped nuts. Mix with hands.
