Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Let cream cheese stand at room temperature to soften.
- Cream the cheese and gradually stir in crushed pineapple.
- When smooth, add remaining ingredients, reserving 1 cup pecans.
- Chill mixture well.
- Form into ball and roll in remaining cup of pecans.
- Chill until serving time.
