Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Method

  • Let cream cheese stand at room temperature to soften.
  • Cream the cheese and gradually stir in crushed pineapple.
  • When smooth, add remaining ingredients, reserving 1 cup pecans.
  • Chill mixture well.
  • Form into ball and roll in remaining cup of pecans.
  • Chill until serving time.
