Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp. caraway seed
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
  • Blend in 1/2 cup nuts and remaining ingredients.
  • Shape into one large or two smaller balls.
  • Roll in remaining nuts.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • Keeps several weeks so can be made in advance.
