- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
- Blend in 1/2 cup nuts and remaining ingredients.
- Shape into one large or two smaller balls.
- Roll in remaining nuts.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Keeps several weeks so can be made in advance.
