Ingredients
- 2/3 c. cocoa
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine sugar, cocoa and salt; mix.
- Stir in milk and place over medium-high heat until boiling, then reduce heat to medium-low and stir frequently.
- Cook until forms a soft ball when dropped into cold water.
- Remove from heat.
- Add butter and vanilla.
- Beat and pour into buttered pans or plates.
