Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) jar herring in wine
- 1/2 c. beets, sliced
- 1/2 c. dill pickle, chopped
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Drain herring; cut into small pieces.
- Add all other ingredients; mix well.
- Refrigerate for several hours.
- Serves 5 to 6 people.
