Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground heffer
  • 1 ungun, cut up
  • 1 c. rice, undone
  • 3 carats, cut up
  • 5 er 6 taters, cut up
  • 1 c. peas, cooked
  • 1 big can maters
  • 3/4 c. cheez, grated

Method

  • Put out ground heffer in bottom of big bakin' dish.
  • Sprinkle ungun over this.
  • Sprankle rice over this.
  • Lay carats over this. Lay taters over this.
  • Sprankle peas over this.
  • Poor cut up maters over this.
  • Cover and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Smuther with grated cheez and bake nother 15 minits and then...chow down!
