Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground heffer
- 1 ungun, cut up
- 1 c. rice, undone
- 3 carats, cut up
- 5 er 6 taters, cut up
- 1 c. peas, cooked
- 1 big can maters
- 3/4 c. cheez, grated
Method
- Put out ground heffer in bottom of big bakin' dish.
- Sprinkle ungun over this.
- Sprankle rice over this.
- Lay carats over this. Lay taters over this.
- Sprankle peas over this.
- Poor cut up maters over this.
- Cover and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Smuther with grated cheez and bake nother 15 minits and then...chow down!
