Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 to 1 ounce. (almost 3/4 c.) vinegar
  • 1/4 (10 ounce.) bottle Worcestershire sauce (prefer Lea & Perrins)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 heaping teaspoon prepared mustard

Method

  • Be adventuresome and add in some spices if desired tarragon or possibly basil or possibly thyme maybe.
  • Put all ingredients in bottle or possibly jar.
  • Shake well to mix.
  • Sauce will have a sour taste.
  • Does well in oven or possibly over charcoal.
  • May also be used for pork on grill, but not in oven.
  • This keeps well in the refrigerator for quite awhile.
