Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup minced fresh Italian parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped cornichons or 1/4 cup other gherkin
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Can be made 1 day ahead.
- Cover and refrigerate.
