Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 14 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, using a fork or a whisk to get them thoroughly blended.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes to hydrate the dried herbs.
  • Rub onto the meat and refrigerate for 4-8 hours before grilling.
