Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 14 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, using a fork or a whisk to get them thoroughly blended.
- Let stand for 10 minutes to hydrate the dried herbs.
- Rub onto the meat and refrigerate for 4-8 hours before grilling.
