Ingredients
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh chives
- 1 c. margarine
Method
- Crush herbs.
- Blend with 1 cup margarine.
- Cover and chill 4 hours or more.
- Garlic may be added for a different blend.
- Serve on potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, hot bread, etc.
- Also nice on croutons.
- Prepared blend can be frozen.
