Ingredients
- 1 c. creamed corn
- 1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 6 oz. sour cream
Method
- Mix all together.
- Put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole or pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
