Ingredients
- 4 c. sliced cooked carrots
- 1 1/2 c. croutons
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Place carrots in buttered casserole. Top with croutons.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.
- Can be made to this point and refrigerated overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 400° for 20 minutes.
