Ingredients
- 4 c. carrots, cooked and sliced
- 1 1/2 c. plain or flavored croutons
- 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. cream or half & half
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Place carrots in casserole, stir in croutons & cheese.
- Mix remaining ingredients & pour over carrot mixture.
- Bake uncovered at 350° until brown about, approx. 1/2 hour or so.
