Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Chopped Into Bite Sized Pieces
  • 1 pound Tomatoes, Chopped And Seeded
  • 1/2 heads Garlic, Minced (1/2 To 1 Whole Head)
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Basil
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces, weight Thin Spaghetti (WW Is Best)
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper

Method

  • *Fill a large pot of water and begin to boil for pasta
  • *Mix together the chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper, set aside
  • *Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, saute chicken in a large pan until fully cooked
  • *Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
  • *Add pasta to the chicken pan, top with tomato mixture and Mozzarella cheese
  • *Mix together and serve immediately
