Ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Chopped Into Bite Sized Pieces
- 1 pound Tomatoes, Chopped And Seeded
- 1/2 heads Garlic, Minced (1/2 To 1 Whole Head)
- 1/2 cups Chopped Basil
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 8 ounces, weight Thin Spaghetti (WW Is Best)
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
Method
- *Fill a large pot of water and begin to boil for pasta
- *Mix together the chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper, set aside
- *Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, saute chicken in a large pan until fully cooked
- *Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
- *Add pasta to the chicken pan, top with tomato mixture and Mozzarella cheese
- *Mix together and serve immediately
