Ingredients

  • pizza crust mix
  • 2 cartons Egg Beaters
  • 1 lb. Bryan "light" sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded fat free Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Method

  • Prepare pizza crust dough according to directions and spoon onto pizza pan.
  • In separate container combine Egg Beaters, cooked crumbled sausage, shredded Cheddar cheese, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
  • Spread mixture on pizza crust and top with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
