Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1/3 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free raspberry preserves
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 dash vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons nestle Nesquik no-sugar-added chocolate powder
Method
- Blend all ingredients and pour into a 6-inch omelet pan.
- Cook on medium 4 to 5 minutes, then flip and cook 1 to 2 more minutes or until done.
- Serve with fruit (berries).
