Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 3 tablespoons oil
- flour (for dredging)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 (20 ounce) can tomato puree
- 2 ounces water
- salt
Method
- heat oil in oven safe skillet, dredge chicken in flour, and brown on all sides.
- Add rest of ingredients in skillet and bake in preheated oven on 300 deg oven for 2 hours.
