Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 small pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or coconut)
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
- coconut
Method
- Bake the cake mix as directed on an 11 x 15-inch sheet cake pan.
- Mix together the cream cheese, pudding and milk.
- Spread on cake after it has cooled.
- Mix together the drained crushed pineapple and Cool Whip.
- Spread on top of pudding mixture and top with Cool Whip.
