Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. apricot, pineapple or peach preserves
- 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Method
- Combine cheese and preserves, mixing until well blended.
- Add coconut; mix well.
- Chill.
- Serve with nut bread slices, bread sticks, crackers or vegetable sticks.
- Makes 1 1/3 cups.
