Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut up into pieces
- 1 bottle 57 sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 can pineapple slices in juice
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice from the can sliced pineapple
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°. Place cut up chicken in a baking dish. Cook chicken for 30 minutes. Mix 57 sauce, honey and pineapple juice in a bowl. Pour the mixture over chicken and bake for 25 minutes longer. Make sure chicken is done and no longer pink. Add pineapple slices to top of chicken and bake 5 minutes.
