Ingredients
- 2 pound thawed hash brown
- 6 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. minced onion
- 8 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
Method
- Mix together.
- Place in 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan.
