- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Method
- Mix first 8 ingredients and put into 2 casseroles (better if not too thick). Cover with topping of cornflakes and margarine. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Freezes well.
