- 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Melt butter.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour in all butter except enough to roll cracker crumbs.
- Spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam.
- Pour mixture into pan; cook for 45 minutes at 350°. Add cracker crumbs; let brown.
