Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine ingredients and stir well.
- Spoon into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Crush 2 cups corn flakes.
- Stir in remaining butter.
- Sprinkle over mixture and bake 50 minutes.
