Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Thaw hash browns. Combine cream of chicken soup and margarine. Heat. Add cheese, sour cream and onion.
- Mix salt and pepper with potatoes.
- Pour sauce over potatoes and mix well.
