Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. oats
  • 3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. margarine, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, 3/4 cup brown sugar and margarine.
  • Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture.
  • Press the rest into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
