Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. oats
- 3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, 3/4 cup brown sugar and margarine.
- Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture.
- Press the rest into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
