Ingredients
- 1 (28 to 32 oz.) frozen hash browns potatoes, shredded style
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 small can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
- A family favorite.
