Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. thawed hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 oz. grated American cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Combine next 7 ingredients; pour over potatoes.
- Top with crushed crackers and drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
