Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen diced hash browns, let thaw
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken soup
- 1/2 can water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 c. shredded cheese (8 oz.)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add cheese on top. Put corn flakes over all and 1/2 stick melted butter over this.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
