Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. sour cream or Imo
- 8 oz. bag egg noodles
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Boil water for egg noodles.
- Cook noodles while preparing hamburger.
- Crumble hamburger and brown in pan.
- Add flour, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Drain grease.
- Add cream of chicken soup; stir and let simmer 10 minutes.
- Add sour cream; stir and simmer 10 minutes.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
