Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 c. sour cream or Imo
  • 8 oz. bag egg noodles
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup

Method

  • Boil water for egg noodles.
  • Cook noodles while preparing hamburger.
  • Crumble hamburger and brown in pan.
  • Add flour, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Cook 5 minutes.
  • Drain grease.
  • Add cream of chicken soup; stir and let simmer 10 minutes.
  • Add sour cream; stir and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Serve over cooked egg noodles.
