Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 small onion
Method
- Partly brown hamburger meat and onion in skillet.
- Pour off excess fat.
- Add margarine and mushrooms and finish browning.
- Then add salt, garlic salt, pepper and flour.
- Mix well for about 5 minutes.
- Add can cream of chicken soup; stir for 2 or 3 minutes, until completely mixed.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Then add sour cream and stir until completely mixed and warmed through.
- Great over noodles or rice.
