Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream

Method

  • Cook meat and onion until tender.
  • Add browned bacon; drain any fat.
  • Blend flour and seasonings into meat mixture.
  • Stir in soup.
  • Cook slowly, uncovered, stirring frequently for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
  • Serves 6. Serve over egg noodles.
