Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 slices bacon, diced
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Cook meat and onion until tender.
- Add browned bacon; drain any fat.
- Blend flour and seasonings into meat mixture.
- Stir in soup.
- Cook slowly, uncovered, stirring frequently for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
- Serves 6. Serve over egg noodles.
